3D Visualizer

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Strong experience in commercial projects like hotel, restaurant, and bar design. - Expertise in AI Tools, and 3D visualization software's like 3ds Max, Corona, D5 Render, Enscape, Sketchup etc. - Utilize your creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to create realistic 3D renderings with the help of AI tools. - Collaborate effectively with the design team to review and revise visualizations. - Support design development by preparing presentation materials. - Coordinate with the execution team and maintain documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Total work experience of 4 years. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior visualization. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working on commercial projects. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D visualization. - At least 1 year of experience with AI tools. Please note that this is a full-time position which requires in-person work at the designated location.
