The ideal candidate should be proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and possess excellent creative and communication skills. This role requires leadership in managing a design team, delivering high-quality visualizations, and ensuring project success through client satisfaction and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: 1.Design Visualization & Drawings: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for interior projects using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and space planning layouts for execution. Develop and present design concepts, material boards, and trend-based solutions . 2.Client Interaction & Approvals: Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, present designs, and obtain approvals . Effectively communicate design ideas, timelines, and deliverables.
