As a Site Supervisor at Interior Phase, a Mumbai-based luxury interior design firm, your role involves overseeing daily operations at interior project sites in Mumbai. You will work on-site, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and designers, and maintaining high-quality execution aligned with the design intent. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project journey. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design plans - Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and carpenters for smooth project flow - Ensure timely progress and strict compliance with project deadlines - Monitor the quality of workmanship, maintain safety standards, and ensure overall site cleanliness - Prepare and maintain daily site reports; communicate updates and issues to the project manager/design team - Conduct basic quality checks of materials, site measurements, and on-site execution - Liaise with clients, vendors, and designers as needed to resolve site-related queries or updates Qualifications: - Proven project management and team leadership skills - Strong customer service orientation and client-handling abilities - Educational background in interior design or a related discipline - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising interior design projects - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD to read and interpret design drawings - Sound understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation processes - Excellent communication and coordination skills for on-site operations - Must have a valid driving license (site travel is mandatory) Additional Company Details: Interior Phase provides a bike/scooter for site visits to the employees.
