As an Interior Designer at Interior Phase, a Mumbai-based luxury interior design firm, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized spaces for residential, commercial, and office interiors. From concept to completion, our team of skilled designers, architects, and craftsmen ensures precision, innovation, and timely execution in every project. Your primary responsibility will be to create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for a variety of interior projects. You must have hands-on experience with 3ds Max for rendering and be proficient in creating accurate 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD. By converting 2D concepts, sketches, and mood boards into detailed 3D visualizations, you will play a key role in visualizing design concepts and developing precise working drawings for execution. Collaboration with interior designers is crucial to ensure technical and design accuracy. You will prepare accurate 2D working drawings in AutoCAD, including furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical, plumbing, and detailed joinery drawings. Additionally, optimizing rendering workflows, lighting, materials, and textures to produce high-quality visuals will be part of your role. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing detailed 2D drawings with technical specifications is essential. A good understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site execution detailing is also required. Your portfolio showcasing both 3D visualizations and 2D drawings will be a key factor in the selection process. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is considered an added advantage. Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and interior design trends is expected.
