As a Senior Project Engineer at SyncSols, you will lead the design, development, and commissioning of LabVIEW-based solutions. You will collaborate with NI hardware, automation systems, and data acquisition projects, providing on-site technical support at customer locations to ensure seamless integration. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive high-impact solutions, mentor junior engineers, and foster innovation in automation and testing. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification (CLA is a plus) and strong expertise in LabVIEW Real-Time, FPGA, TestStand, and VeriStand. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in NI hardware interfacing, system control, troubleshooting, and executing customer-based projects in the field.
