With your 9-10 years of experience in project engineering, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing projects involving pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment. You will be tasked with developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with design, engineering, and production teams, and conducting regular project reviews to provide progress updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and mentoring and supporting junior engineers and project staff. Your strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Your extensive experience in handling pressure vessels and heat exchangers, coupled with your strong leadership and communication skills, will be key assets in this position.
