Vitech Group India, an ISO-certified manufacturer in Navi Mumbai, specializes in high-quality, performance-guaranteed industrial equipment, including Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Storage Tanks, Skid Mounted Packages, and Piping Spools.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Supervisor to manage daily fabrication shop floor operations. With at least 10 years of hands-on fabrication experience and proven leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and fitters. Conduct daily briefings and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all daily activities (cutting, fitting, rolling, welding, assembly) for pressure equipment.
• Monitor workflow and manage resource allocation (manpower/machinery) to meet tight delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering and QC to address non-conformities and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of raw materials
