Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for direct communication with the End Customer to ensure that the Customers’ needs are met with accordance to the company quality standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery over phone or any other channels as dedicated according to company policies. 2. Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails chat and any other means as a receiver and caller. 3. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company. 4. Provide personalized customer service of the highest level with a pleasant and friendly manner. 5. Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands. 6. Makes decisions within monetary grant of authority to resolve customers’ issues and complaints. 7. Ensure that all individual targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met or exceeded, and understanding the relevance and impact of those factors on the team’s overall performance. 8. Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Officer in our firm will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and controlling quality deliverables to ensure that the required quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitors and evaluates CSR and operational quality performance in compliance to predefined standards. 2. Performs 1:1 coaching activities to CSRs and maintain follow-up. 3. Develops procedures, policies and standards for core business operations, and supporting functions. 4. Initiates, monitors, and tracks all corrective actions and resolutions. 5. Job Overview: The BPO Team Leader leads the CSR and provides them with the necessary support and making sure that the work flow is going as planned. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the quality-of-service delivery by customer service representatives and performs the necessary quality management checks that meet targets. 2. Job Overview: The Accountant- Manager position is responsible for Payables and Receivables including General Ledger Coding, Inputting invoices to payable system and account reconciliation.
