For more, visit our website at www.consultvirtuoso.com.We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional with proven functional and technical expertise in OUCCS Utilities Framework and C2M (Customer-to-Meter) flow, who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions leveraging multiple coding languages and integration technologies.*Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech is mandatory)* Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in OUCCS (CC&B, MDM, ORMB)* Strong functional and technical expertise in utility billing processes, system configuration, and business workflows* Proven experience with: Java, Groovy, PL/SQL, and 4GL scripting* OUAF components: Zones, Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, Scripts (Service/BPA/Plug-in), UI Maps, IWS* Custom Batch creation and Batch Programming* Shell scripting on UNIX/Linux platforms* Web services: SOAP/REST* XML, XSLT, Eclipse, Oracle SQL Developer, and SoapUI*Working knowledge of:** Oracle Utilities CCS database* Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)* Java-based Algorithms and Business Services*Preferred Skill Set** Configuration and customization of Oracle Utilities products (CC&B/MDM/C2M/ORMB)* Familiarity with industry best practices in utilities (billing, meter reading, customer care* Experience in regression testing, UI testing, and application upgrades* Sound understanding of integration architecture between CCS and external systems* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies* Strong communication and documentation skills*Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and configure OUAF components including:* Zones, Business Services, Business Objects, Algorithms, Scripts (Service, BPA, Plug-in), UI Maps, and Cases* Customize and maintain utility billing functionalities including:* Partial payments, re-billing, bill cancellation, and adjustment creation/cancellation* Build, modify, and troubleshoot Java and Groovy-based algorithms, scripts, and batch processes* Configure and debug components across CC&B, MDM, and ORMB* Provide technical support for:* Batch jobs, Zones, UI maps, and algorithmic logic* Conduct code debugging using Eclipse and test via UI* Perform Configuration Migration Assistance (CMA) and database management* Create complex SQL queries for MSRS report generation and validations* Design, execute, and maintain test scripts across MDM functional areas (Billing, Meter Reading)* Conduct manual, regression, and functional testing post bug fixes and during upgrade cycles* Analyze issues independently and recommend code changes with detailed bug reporting* Collaborate with developers and product managers to align solutions with client requirements* Maintain technical documentation and support UAT and post-go-live phases*Other Details*Location: Gurgaon (Near IFFCO Chowk Metro Station)Job Type: Full-time, 12-Month ContractWork Mode: OnsiteWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMEmployee Benefits5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday off)15 annual paid leaves + 8 public holidaysOpportunities for international company-sponsored travelOffice in a prime location with metro connectivity*Important Notes*Only candidates who meet all mandatory technical and functional criteria and are willing to work onsite will be considered.Applications lacking relevant OUCCS project experience will not be processed.*Join Us!*Be a part of a high-growth, impact-driven team working at the forefront of utility technology.
