Virtuoso Professionals is seeking Customer Support Executives for our on-site operations in Noida. This role involves providing chat and ticket-based support for a global telecom/travel client.

If you are fluent in English and Urdu (written) and passionate about solving customer issues, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat and ticket support systems

Maintain accurate communication logs and case details

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution

Deliver service in a professional and empathetic tone

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

Written fluency in Urdu and English

Experience in chat/ticket-based customer service

Prior exposure to telecom/travel industry is a plus

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Strong typing speed and basic computer skills

Excellent customer orientation and professional etiquette

Comfortable working from our Noida Sector 3 office
