Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide chat based support for travel customers with timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings,rescheduling,cancellations and refunds
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team leads,SMEs and support staff to meet performance goals
  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all interactions

Preferred candidate profile

For International Requirement :

  • Minimum 1 years experience in an international Contact Centre (Airline/OTA-Flight Support) handling customers from EU/North America/LATAM regions.

For Domestic Requirement:

  • Experience-Min.6 months in Contact Centre/Customer Service (Travel domain preferred)
