Job Title: Chatbot and Voicebot QA Tester Kore.ai Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2 to 5 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chatbot and Voicebot QA Tester with Kore.ai experience to join our Conversational AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing AI-driven bots across multiple platforms including chat interfaces (web, mobile, WhatsApp, etc.) and voice channels (IVR, smart assistants, etc.). You will ensure that conversational flows, integrations, and responses work seamlessly and meet both functional and user experience standards. Key Responsibilities Understand and validate conversation flows, intents, entities, and bot behavior across chatbot and voicebot use cases. Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data for conversational interfaces (text and voice). Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of chatbot and voicebot implementations. Test omnichannel bot behavior on platforms such as web, WhatsApp, MS Teams, Google Assistant, IVR, etc. Validate bot responses against expected outputs for various user journeys, edge cases, and NLP variations. Identify and document bugs, defects, and usability issues with clear steps to reproduce. Collaborate closely with developers, conversation designers, and project managers to ensure a smooth QA process. Participate in performance testing (response times, fallbacks, escalations) and validate voice quality and STT/TTS accuracy. Maintain detailed test documentation and contribute to continuous test automation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in testing chatbots and/or Voicebot built on Kore.ai platform Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms, primarily Kore.ai Strong understanding of NLU/NLP concepts, including intents, utterances, and entities. Experience in testing API responses, backend integrations, and error handling. Knowledge of IVR flows, STT (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) engines, and call simulations. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Selenium, or chatbot testing frameworks is a plus. Good understanding of QA methodologies, test documentation, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in test automation for conversational interfaces. Exposure to RPA, CRM, or enterprise backend systems is a bonus.
