Customer Support Executives

English and Urdu (written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via

    chat and ticket support systems

  • Maintain accurate communication logs and case details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution
  • Deliver service in a professional and empathetic tone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Written fluency in

    Urdu and English

  • Experience in

    chat/ticket-based customer service

  • Prior exposure to

    telecom/travel

    industry is a plus
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong typing speed and basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer orientation and professional etiquette
  • Comfortable working from

    our Noida Sector 3 office

  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
