We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional with proven functional and technical expertise in OUCCS Utilities Framework and C2M (Customer-to-Meter) flow, who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions leveraging multiple coding languages and integration technologies.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in OUCCS (Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing/Utilities Customer Cloud Service) framework and related projects

Functional and technical expertise in utility billing processes, business workflows, and system configuration

Technical expertise in:

Java, Groovy, PL/SQL

Web Services (SOAP/REST)

XML/XSLT

Shell scripting on UNIX/Linux platforms

Experience with Oracle Utilities CCS Database and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Strong understanding of C2M business processes and flow from both functional (business process, use case design) and technical (configuration, development, integration) perspectives

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Proficient in English — both written and verbal

Ability to work from the office during stipulated work hours

Preferred Skill Set

Experience in configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions

Functional understanding of utility industry standards and best practices

Sound understanding of integration setup between CCS and external enterprise systems

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies in the utilities domain

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end technical and functional development within the OUCCS utilities framework, including requirement analysis, business process understanding, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Design, develop, and enhance modules leveraging Java, Groovy, PL/SQL, web services, XML/XSLT, and shell scripting

Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions aligned with best practices in the utilities sector

Integrate C2M platform components with internal/external systems using SOAP/REST web services and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Perform root cause analysis and resolve application, integration, and business process issues as part of BAU and project work

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical and business solutions

Optimize and maintain legacy and new code, scripts, and database objects for performance and security

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation

Provide technical and functional mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices

Participate in UAT support, implementation planning, and post-go-live stabilization

Work from office model: Location near IFFCO Chowk Metro Station, Gurgaon

Office timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Contractual job for 12 months
