We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with strong Value-Based Care (VBC) domain
knowledge and a career progression from Business Analyst to Product Manager. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from the last 2–5 years working in Population Health, Care
Management, or EHR systems, and understands the complexity of healthcare workflows, data
integration, regulatory requirements, and value-based reimbursement models.
Own the roadmap for solutions supporting MSSP ACO, MA Stars, commercial VBC, shared savings,
and alternative payment models.
Identify opportunities to improve quality scores, risk adjustment accuracy, care coordination, and
cost-of-care reduction through product innovation.
Leverage market research, CMS program updates, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence
to shape product direction.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to define GTM motions, product positioning, and commercialization strategy.
Translate VBC, care management, and population health workflows into user stories and clear
product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams using Jira for delivery planning and
execution.
Work with design teams using Figma to develop user-centered workflows for clinicians, care
navigators, quality teams, and administrators.
Drive product lifecycle from concept → design → development → launch → scale.
Utilize deep knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards, interoperability requirements, and clinical data
ingestion.
Support integration with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or mid-tier EMRs, enabling seamless clinical and operational workflows.
Partner with data engineering and clinical SMEs to utilize claims data, clinical data, ADT feeds, SDOH data, and provider/payer attribution files.
Deliver solutions that support: Care management workflows, Gaps in care closure, Quality measure
tracking (HEDIS, Stars) ,Risk adjustment & HCC coding
Ensure alignment with VBC contract requirements, care delivery operations, and regulatory
expectations.
Work with clinical teams, care coordinators, population health leaders, and provider networks to
validate product needs.
Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing on customer demos, solution messaging, and product adoption.
Define KPIs related to quality scores, risk adjustment accuracy, shared savings, patient outcomes,
and care team productivity.
Monitor product performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze user behavior, workflow friction, and system adoption to identify enhancement
opportunities.
8–10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Product Management.
Career evolution from Business Analyst → Product Manager with strong analytical and
workflow-mapping foundation.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Population Health, Care Management, or EHR systems.
Experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, ideally across both start-ups and large product companies.
Strong proficiency with Jira (a must) and Figma (a must).
Strong understanding of FHIR/HL7 interoperability, care management platforms, clinical workflows,
and VBC models.
Experience integrating or working with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or mid-tier EMRs.
Proven ability to take products from concept to commercialization, including GTM alignment.
Strong collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales to support positioning, pricing, packaging,
and launch.
