Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Prior Authorization - Revenue Cycle Representative, based in Mumbai. The representative will be responsible to obtain prior-authorizations and referrals from insurance companies prior to procedures or surgeries utilizing online websites or via telephone. Reviews patient's medical records, insurance information, and eligibility to obtain prior-authorizations for injections, DME, procedures, and/or surgeries. Eligibility Criteria :- . Minimum 1 year of experience in Prior Authorization from the RCM side. Good understanding of the medical terminology and progress notes.
