Description: Haber is growing at lightspeed and we are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to build products by translating customer challenges & opportunities into strategy and features. This position will be responsible for blending the vision of the product, the voice of customer and engineering team members with the latest and greatest industry trends to deliver and expand our product and ensure unique value is derived for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Understanding business needs, market research, defining product requirements, aligning roadmaps & working with tech teams for implementation. Discover the top needs of the persona, problems faced by current customers, prioritize them and translate them into user stories. Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution. Work with data science teams and help build ML algorithms that re-shape the manufacturing processes across customers Drive data-informed product decisions. Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define quarterly goals, key success metrics, and report the successes and roadblocks. Manage or help in product promotions and product launches, along with the Product Marketing team Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and leverage the latest technologies to build seamless product experiences. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as a product manager Prior experience in B2B SaaS product management Strong analytical skills. First principles thinking and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly. Good eye for detail. Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. Ability to leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define a product roadmap. Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans. Experience in building algorithms in the past is an advantage Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence is an advantage. Strong experience in writing Flow charts, process charts, Test Cases, etc. About Haber At HABER, we are solving the challenges of tomorrow, today.
