Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager who has strong product ownership experience combined with solid technical depth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints, translating complex requirements into actionable specs, and driving product execution end-to-end. Experience working on B2B platforms and within fintech ecosystems is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and build the product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to shape product direction. Identify new opportunities and propose data-backed product initiatives. Technical Product Ownership Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, technical requirements, and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering teams; understand engineering terminologies, APIs, integrations, and system architecture. Work with architects and developers to refine technical feasibility, solution approaches, and timelines. Review technical design docs and ensure alignment with product expectations. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders to drive product builds. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and smooth UAT cycles. Partner with sales and customer success to understand client needs, prepare product demos, and support GTM strategies. Execution & Delivery Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management. Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely releases. Define and monitor product KPIs, success metrics, adoption metrics, and performance. Customer & Client-Centric Mindset Engage with enterprise/B2B customers to gather feedback, understand workflows, and ensure product-market fit. Convert customer pain points into actionable features and improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills Must-Have 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2+ years in a technical product management capacity. Strong understanding of engineering concepts such as APIs, microservices, databases, system architecture, integration flows, and cloud fundamentals. Proven experience building and scaling B2B platforms (preferably SaaS or fintech). Hands-on experience writing user stories, PRDs, workflow diagrams, technical requirement documents. Ability to work closely with engineers and challenge/validate technical decisions when required. Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and KPIs to drive decision-making. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Postman, SQL (preferred), and analytics tools. Good to Have Prior experience in fintech (payments, lending, risk, compliance, banking platforms). Understanding of security, compliance, and data protection standards relevant to fintech. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and working in fast-paced product teams. Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and conflicting priorities. Soft Skills Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving attitude with a product-first mindset. Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear business language. Ownership-driven, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.
