As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will be working closely with the Procurement and Purchase team. The incumbent will help the organization achieve the vision of establishing a strong vendor foothold in the top 7 metro cities, inventory management, P&L management, vendor partner handling and onboarding. Ensuring timely deliveries of products requested with no compromise on quality.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Work on development and implement procurement strategies, onboard reliable suppliers (manufacturers, Distributors, Dealers)
• Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of SAP Purchase Order according to business needs.
• Work on SAP for vendors registration, vendor onboarding, creating purchase orders and generate reports.
• Work with Supply chain team on order placements, deliveries and inventory management.
• Work on Contract management and negotiations in coordination with the legal team.
• Work with internal teams on the requirements and deliveries with cross functional collaboration.
• Sourcing of potential vendors and suppliers to meet organizational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
• Work closely with the finance team on invoice process and payments.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle procurement issues and complaints from vendors and clients.
• Identify opportunities of growth through different channels to showcase the best possible P&L
• Manage seasonal peaks and target vendors based on that at best possible prices.
• To work without a lot of micromanagements and who can lead the front in taking responsibilities.

Qualification:

• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting and preparing management presentations.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement strategies, with the ability to analyze and interpret market trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and vendor networking.
• Experience in contract management and compliance.
• Internal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with supplier and third-party management systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support procurement decisions.
• Proven track record as a Senior Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
