This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across India. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in talent markets, people leadership, stakeholder management, and modern recruiting practices. You will oversee high-volume Software Development Engineer hiring and specialized hiring while driving consistency, efficiency, and inclusion in how we attract and hire talent.
We are looking for a leader who can think strategically to build and sustain a high-performing recruiting team—one that goes beyond waiting for applicants and instead focuses on sourcing, maintaining pipelines, and engaging talent proactively. The right leader will be creative in solving problems, adaptable to changing business needs, and skilled at guiding recruiters to deliver consistently strong outcomes.
