Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

You will be joining Z1 Tech, a Great Place to Work-Certified company, as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead and manage the Talent Acquisition department for the India region. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to align with organizational goals. You will assess current staffing needs and create forecasts for Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Leadership/Management roles. Additionally, you will oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including vendor selection, internal sourcing, interviews, and screening calls. Your role will involve driving effective candidate evaluation and ensuring a smooth hiring process across all departments. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably within startups. You should possess a minimum of 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, managing end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, technical, and leadership/management roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to organize and analyze data effectively. Holding a relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
