Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a Associate Product Manager to join our growing team! What you will do : Primary responsibility is to conduct in-depth product analysis, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback evaluation to inform product strategy and decision-making Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance and contribute to strategic decision-making processes Prepare and present regular reports on product metrics, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement Gather and analyse data from various sources to conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks Use statistical techniques and data visualisation to interpret trends and patterns What are we looking for : Experience: Up to 1-5 years of relevant experience in same or similar domain Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making Product Evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose practical solutions to improve product performance and user experience.
