This role is based out of Kerala and we are looking for candidates from Trivandrum and Calicut city only . Your job responsibilities include: Software Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS products in client hospitals. Ensure seamless integration and setup of the software. Driving Adoption: Actively promote and drive the adoption of our software solutions within the hospital environment. Conduct training sessions for hospital staff to maximize usage and efficiency. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client hospitals. Serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related queries and concerns. Regular Hospital Visits: Conduct frequent on-site visits to client hospitals to monitor the implementation progress, address any issues, and provide ongoing support and training. Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling additional features or products. Insight Generation: Analyse data and feedback from client hospitals to identify key insights and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the software based on these insights. Reporting: Provide regular reports on implementation progress, software adoption rates, and client feedback to the management team. Qualifications :- Proven experience in software implementation, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hospital staff and management. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits to client hospitals. Proficiency in using software tools and applications relevant to the role. Bachelor’s degree or above in hospital administration/business administration/related domains. Experience Required : Max upto 2 years. Freshers can also apply. Role Description : The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting product managers and the product marketing team. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product requirements, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Managers job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the companys overall strategy and goals. The Associate Product Manager is expected to: Work closely with designers, product engineers, and product leadership to conceptualize, design, and ship new features. Create detailed product requirements and wireframes that align with customer needs with proper justification using data. Interact with clients to understand their problems and provide solutions through product and best practices. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Give detailed product demos to customers along with the business development team. Brief and train the business development team at regular intervals. Should have strong knowledge of data analytics. Support customer success team with user training, d.ata and adoption of the product Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a business analyst.
