Leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social platforms, and professional networks to develop robust talent pipelines will be crucial for your success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Master's degree from a prestigious business school and possess over 10 years of relevant experience. Previous accomplishments in a high-growth startup environment, particularly in companies at the Series B stage or beyond with teams exceeding 500 members, will be highly valued. Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing successful Talent Acquisition teams is essential, while prior experience in scaling teams across multiple locations would be advantageous. This position is based in Gurugram at Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday.
