Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience, with at least 4 years in the current/recent company. You will be responsible for working directly with board members, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve driving scaling initiatives, leading multiple business units (BUs), and setting and managing performance metrics, strategies, KPIs, and dashboards. It will be your responsibility to deliver on strategic business outcomes, optimize internal processes, provide leadership, manage change, and support business transformation. The successful candidate must possess strong management and executive communication skills. You should have proven experience in handling multiple business units and expertise in strategic planning, operations, and scaling business functions. Demonstrated ability to work closely with CXOs and board-level stakeholders is crucial for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to lead a team of 58 members across projects or business functions and should be very passionate about hiring.,
