Job Purpose:



The purpose of the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition role is to drive full-cycle recruitment for consulting and niche skill sets across geographies, ensuring delivery of high-quality talent aligned with evolving business priorities

  • ments:
    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
  • field.12–14 years of talent acquisition experience, with strong focus on consulting, professional services, or niche skills
  • hiring.Minimum 3–5 years in a people management role leading multi-location recruitment
  • teams.Strong understanding of consulting skill sets, talent markets, and evolving industry
  • trends.Demonstrated success in senior leadership hiring for niche and critical
