Job Description

What You'll be doing: Develop and implement business development plans focused on expanding into global markets, with a strong emphasis on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East regions.Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, leveraging a solid background in IT services and solution sales.Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through to deal closure using a consultative and client-centric approach.Collaborate closely with leadership to define sales goals, develop forecasts, and support strategic growth initiatives.Demonstrate hands-on experience and understanding of the Healthcare domain to drive sector-specific solution sales.Customize and adapt sales strategies to align with individual client needs and deliver impactful technology solutions.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction through value-driven communication.Contribute to a performance-driven culture by actively participating in sales reviews, pipeline management, and continuous improvement efforts.Achieve individual sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field -Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in business development or salesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to adapt
