As a Business Development Manager, you are the first spark. You are the one who understands the vision of a design and takes it ahead to make it real.

• Understand partner requirements clearly and coordinate with internal teams throughout the project cycle for smooth project completion and maximum satisfactory services.
• Manage your sales pipeline by forecasting ongoing and expected project leads, thereby working towards total targets assigned to you through consistent partner engagement.
• Maintain structured reporting on outreach, meetings, leads generated, conversions and market insights.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market, stay updated on trends and competitor movement and explore strategies with the management team to strengthen positioning with changing scenarios.
