Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Specialist based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will support customer acquisition efforts, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and generate leads to expand the business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive valuable insights from data Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships Experience in lead generation, converting leads to opportunities, and identifying potential clients Proficiency in market research techniques to identify trends and opportunities Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of business development strategies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
