Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be identifying and developing new business opportunities for a company. You will focus on building client relationships, pitching products and services, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calling, email campaigning.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.

  • Negotiation and Contract Finalization:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.

  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

Working with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

  • Representation and Networking:

Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Tracking sales progress, analyzing data, and generating reports to measure performance and identify trends.

  • Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills Required:

  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales acumen, experience in building sales pipelines, and developing marketing strategies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address business challenges.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Business Development, Cold Calling, Lead Generation.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of US Staffing domain, MSP, Direct Client.
