Job Description: Sr Manager – Lead Data Analytics

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 4–5 years of experience in Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, reporting, and analytics, with proven expertise in using relevant tools to provide insights, track performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights, Reporting
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Handling of large dataset
  • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Perform trend analysis, root cause identification, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights.
  • Real-time project experience in data analytics and insights
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to drive decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, reporting, or data analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Green Belt, Black Belt is preferred for this role
• Project Management experience will be preferred

Technical Skills (Preferred Tools Experience)

• Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA.
• Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Data Handling: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL, MS Access query building & VBA
• Presentation & Documentation: MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
