Job Description

Manage the end-to-end process for RFPs
Develop proposal/presentation/pricing content for all Request For Proposals (or similar such as RFIs/RFQs etc) responses for all of Project Management service line
Support regional local broker pursuits where appropriate
Ensure all pursuits across the Project Management hubs are tracked and bid/pursuit pipeline is kept up-to-date
Provide hands-on management and support including leading the drafting, editing and formatting of each bid
Take lead on preparation, management and delivery of top opportunity pitches
Facilitate strategy meetings of internal stakeholders
Develop and project manage/coordinate project plans, responsibilities and deadlines
Partner with business lines to position key content messages and form a client-centric compelling story for qualified top opportunities
Copywrite proposal and presentation material ensuring key messages are presented clearly and are client-centric
Run pitch rehearsals as required
Conduct internal and client debriefs (as required)
Track and analyse the Asia pitch tracker highlighting significant opportunities that should be supported
Provide quarterly pitch reports for leadership
Communicate and implement any pitch best practices from around the region to local team
