Senior Manager

Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

•Debt raising from Financial Institutions, AIFs, Banks etc. through Term loans, Debentures at competitive pricing.

•Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.

•Co-ordinate end to end execution for fund raising transactions.

•Manage existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking.

•Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio.

Interaction

•Cross Functional coordination with various internal stakeholders for closure of data requirements, compliances, risk, legal etc.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

●CA/MBA Finance degree.

●6 – 7 years experience in a NBFC or Fintech field.

Skills & know-how

●Hands on experience in raising debt end to end.

●Capability to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization.

●Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.

●Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.

●Strong analytical and presentation skills.
