About the Role In this role, you have the opportunity to … work in critical areas of Compliance, Governance for BharatPe with some of the brightest minds in the industry who are truly focused at building #bharatpeforbharat. You will spearhead mandated compliance testing of regulations applicable to Payment Aggregator, LSP, TPAP, Wealth tech covering regulatory aspects of RBI Master Directions, NPCI, IRDA & other regulatory bodies along with testing of critical SOPs impacting our business operations. Work with inter-departments / functions on gaps with clear mitigation plan. Add value by acting as a facilitator in compliance & help organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach. Responsibilities will include: Maintain oversight of the developments in the Fintech regulatory environment. Assist the Sr Manager Compliance in performing testings and related deliverables as per the compliance audit plan. Perform compliance testing’s as per prescribed policies, procedures and standards. Prepare reports and management presentations to reflect the outcomes of the compliance testings with a focus on regulatory risks. Stay informed, adopt and implement the best-in-class compliance testing practices and solutions to automate testing. Ability to review Product Notes, Policies, SOPs, Agreements from Regulatory and Legal point of view. Design and conduct periodic risk assessments/compliance testing and share reports along with closure of corrective action plans. Proactively manage the potential regulatory risks. Maintain tracker with action plan & timelines. Focus on self- learning and development on all relevant guidelines in the areas of financial services products (Payments/ Lending etc.) and ensure reporting of the progress to sync in with departmental goal. Qualifications Any CS / CA / MBA with at least 4 years of experience in compliance testing / Internal Audits with BFSI /Fintech / Big 4. Required Skills Possesses sound exposure to Payment sector impacting fintech’s. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, excel and Powerpoint) skills. Analytical bent of mind with a demonstrated strength in being able to analyze, review compliance. Should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
