Role Overview

Senior Manager – Corporate Communications


Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Social Media Engagement

• Develop and execute digital communication strategies to strengthen the organization’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).

• Plan and manage content calendars, social media campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

• Monitor analytics and insights to optimize reach, visibility, and brand perception.


2. Internal Communications

• Drive internal communication programs to promote transparency, collaboration, and employee engagement.

• Create communication frameworks that align leadership messages with organizational goals.

• Support internal newsletters, town halls, and corporate announcements.


3. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Design and execute communication strategies that reinforce the company’s brand identity.

• Ensure consistency in messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

• Collaborate with leadership to build and strengthen the organization’s public image.


4. Narrative & Storytelling

• Craft compelling narratives that reflect the company’s values, culture, and achievements.

• Develop storytelling campaigns showcasing leadership perspectives, milestones, and CSR initiatives.

• Translate strategic objectives into engaging and impactful communication materials.


5. Website & Digital Content Management

• Manage website content, updates, SEO optimization, and brand alignment.

• Oversee multimedia elements such as blogs, videos, infographics, and press materials.

• Ensure all digital assets reflect current organizational priorities and maintain consistency in tone and quality.

•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication channels.
