Role & responsibilities 01. Payroll Processing Accuracy Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. 02. Statutory Compliance Maintain up-to-date compliance with all payroll-related statutory obligations, including TDS and labor laws. 03. Employee Query Management Efficiently handle payroll-related employee queries and concerns with clarity, professionalism, and within defined SLAs. 04. Data Management and Confidentiality Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information. 05. Payroll Reporting and Audits Prepare regular payroll reports and support internal/external audits with timely and accurate documentation. 06.Coordination with Finance and HR Teams Collaborate effectively with finance and HR teams for seamless integration of payroll inputs, reimbursements, and deductions. 07. Employee Reimbursements Management Oversee timely processing and verification of employee reimbursement claims in line with company policies. 08. Employee Advancement Management Manage salary advances, recovery schedules, and ensure proper accounting in payroll processing. 09. Compilation of TDS Compile and reconcile employee TDS data for accurate monthly deductions and annual reporting. Role & responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models. Conduct financial analysis for funding, budgeting and forecasting. Stakeholder Management: Engage with lenders, equity investors and investment bankers for financial planning and reporting. Lead debt financing and equity fundraising activities. Credit Control Stakeholder relationship management viz. Clients, suppliers, lenders, investors. Manage routine banking operations/coordination. Accounting & Audit: Oversee finalization of accounts and ensure compliance with IND-AS and regulatory requirements. Lead audit process with top tier audit firms, ensuring timely closure of audit process. Prepare and consolidate financial statements of entities in India & overseas. Review & audit of procurement process & pricing. Taxation & Compliance: Oversee compliance with Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, and IND-AS regulations. Oversee tax audits, assessments, and regulatory filings. Reporting & MIS: o Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, lenders and investors. o Strong proficiency in Excel (XLS) and PowerPoint (PPT) for financial reporting & analysis. Candidates with Power BI/Tableau skills will be preferred. Qualifications & Skills: • CA Qualification (Chartered Accountant) with 15+ years of relevant experience. • Strong experience in financial modeling, investor relations and audit management. • Proficiency in Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, and IND-AS compliance. • Expertise in consolidation of accounts (including international subsidiaries). • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders. Soft Skills: • Excellent communication skill. • Team Leading experience. • Ability to drive change. Preferred Experience : • Prior experience in handling due diligence processes.
