Role Overview

As the Vice President – People Management, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping, driving, and implementing ZOOM’s People strategy. This role goes beyond the regular HR role—it requires a strategic & entrepreneurial mindset, operational sharpness, and deep understanding of people, culture, and organizational dynamics in a fast-paced, high-pressure project-driven media environment.


Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:

    Develop and sustain a high-quality talent pipeline for all open mandates across functions and geographies.
  2. Employee Life Cycle Management:

    Ensure seamless, compliant, and error-free execution of employee onboarding, engagement, and separation processes.
  3.  

    Performance Management Systems:

    Design and monitor robust systems to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
  4. Culture & Motivation:

    Foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture by implementing motivation and recognition frameworks.
  5. Learning & Development:

    Create, deploy, and evaluate L&D programs that align with evolving business needs and employee development goals.
  6.  

    Conflict Resolution & Mediation:

    Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director in handling sensitive employee conflicts with fairness and discretion.
  7. Crewing:

    Monitor the Crewing function to ensure timely staffing of broadcast operations in line with event and project demands.
  8.  

    General Administration Supervision:

    Ensure administrative operations are streamlined, cost-effective, and meet organizational standards.
  9. Information Technology Interface:

    Oversee coordination with the IT team to ensure tech readiness, security, and operational alignment.
  10. Security & Facility Management:

    Ensure the safety, upkeep, and functionality of all physical infrastructure and security protocols.


The shortlisted candidate will have an opportunity to step into an executive/c-suite role within 15–24 months subject to strong performance.
