Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing GST Returns and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure that they are properly categorized.

• Book keeping:

  Prepare and manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.

• Tax Preparation:

  Assist with the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.

• Audit Support:

  Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all financial practices adhere to the applicable laws, accounting principles, and company policies.

• Documentation:

  Keep up-to-date financial records and ensure they are accessible for future reference.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Preference will give to CA Inter.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.

• Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and direct tax (Income Tax) & indirect tax (GST) regulations.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software Tally
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
