Job Summary: As an Assistant Manager - Accounts at Handelnine Global, your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This includes managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to the enhancement of internal finance systems. This role is well-suited for individuals with a solid foundation in accounting and practical experience with QuickBooks Online and similar platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and maintaining company data in QuickBooks Online - Managing vendor, customer, and employee records with accurate financial and contact details - Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements, conducting account analysis on assets and liabilities - Customizing and presenting management information system (MIS) and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders - Assisting with GST filings and other financial compliance requirements - Supporting the preparation and coordination of UK and US VAT & Corporate Tax returns - Engaging in in-house finance software development on the ODOO platform - Ensuring timely backups and secure handling of accounting data Ideal Candidate Profile: - 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations - CA Inter / CA Final qualification preferred - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of accounting principles, financial terms, and double-entry bookkeeping - Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail - Excellent time management and communication skills - Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams - Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement (Note: This job description is a summarized version of the original content provided),
