Role Overview: As a Compliance Assistant at Handelnine Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal & Compliance team to ensure all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met efficiently. You will be responsible for managing general compliance-related tasks, maintaining schedules, and collaborating with senior legal and finance leadership to support various compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the compliance calendar, send timely reminders, and ensure all compliance deadlines are met. Respond promptly to compliance-related emails and communications. Collaborate closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Finance on specific compliance projects and tasks. Utilize the company’s ERP system to execute and track compliance activities accurately. Maintain organized records and documentation related to compliance matters. Key Skills & Competencies: 1- 3 years of experience. Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently use ERP and other business software. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong email drafting skills. Ability to manage and maintain compliance calendars, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of tasks. Self-motivated and capable of independently handling assigned responsibilities with promptness. Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across various departments. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Comfortable and productive working in a fully remote environment. Show more Show less
