Role Overview: At QIMA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products by reviewing testing, audit, and inspection reports, drafting certificates of conformity, and maintaining records in the system. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with the technical team, becoming an expert in a specific field of product technical regulation, managing orders and records, and providing general customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Review Testing, Audit, Inspection report in accordance with appropriate product standards - Draft and establish certificates of conformity - Maintain records in the system - Coordinate with the technical team to edit products certificates - Become an expert in a specific field of product technical regulation (to be assigned) - Manage orders, records for operations - Provide general customer service including responding to technical inquiries Qualifications: - Ability to understand and interpret regulations and standards - Excellent writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Ability to assess workload and resources accordingly - Quality-minded with high attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills - Ability to read, write, and communicate well in English Please note that the above job description pertains to a role at QIMA where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of helping clients make products consumers can trust.
