Senior Manager - Corporate Communications

with strong journalistic instincts, particularly in technology and business domains. The role is ideal for someone who excels at uncovering compelling stories, shaping communication strategy, and crafting impactful narratives that inspire both internal and external audiences.This individual will play a critical role in building and executing a cohesive communication strategy — driving employee engagement, enhancing brand reputation, and amplifying the company's voice across multiple platforms. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external agencies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop engaging stories that highlight technological innovation, business excellence, and organizational impact.
  • Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, relatable, and inspiring content.
  • Create diverse, high-quality communication assets — including short-form articles, long-form features, multimedia content, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Strategically utilize internal and external communication platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support internal communication initiatives that foster employee connection and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to identify opportunities for external storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Maintain high editorial standards for accuracy, tone, and storytelling quality.
  • Measure and report on communication effectiveness through defined engagement and performance metrics.
  • Continuously bring innovative ideas, trends, and insights to elevate communication impact.

  • A creative and curious communicator with strong storytelling and editorial judgment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and narrative development skills across varied formats.
  • Strong journalistic sensibility and ability to identify stories with strategic and human interest value.
  • Skilled at collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to uncover, refine, and deliver impactful content.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experienced in integrated communication planning across internal and external channels.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for clear, authentic, and engaging communication.
