Senior Manager Corporate Communications

You will be joining our client from the Pharma industry as a key member of the marketing management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strong internal and external corporate communications strategies. Your primary focus will be to enhance the brand exposure and public image of the company on a global scale. You will also play a vital role in creating engaging internal communication programs and coordinating various promotional events and press conferences. As a Senior Manager Corporate Communications, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other team members to drive the communication initiatives around new branding, sales achievements, awards, and business developments. Your responsibilities will include drafting content, preparing presentations, managing PR programs, and building relationships with key media outlets and industry experts. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing events, identifying speaking opportunities, and developing crisis control strategies. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in corporate communication, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. You must possess strong copywriting and editing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to engage and motivate others. Your performance will be measured based on press and digital coverage levels, quality of generated stories, and brand consistency both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have a graduate-level education, knowledge of the industrial market, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
