Head - Master Data Management

You are urgently required for the position of Head - Master Data Management by SnapSeaarch for one of our Retail clients. As the Head - Master Data Management, you will report to the Head Business IT and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and seamless functioning of business and MDM processes. Your key responsibilities will include structuring business hierarchies, driving the creation of product and service masters, defining best practices in MDM processes, proposing automation solutions for repetitive processes, collaborating with connected Business Functions for process improvements, developing MDM processes for quick and effective responses, meeting SLAs for MDM activities, maintaining efficiency in tasks, enforcing compliance with Excise Duty and Weights & Measures regulations, generating reports to measure the health of MDM practices, and staying updated with global best practices in MDM. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in IS Retail Master Data, have advanced Excel capabilities, relevant SAP knowledge, and preferably, domain knowledge in Retail, specifically Apparel. Additionally, you will be responsible for training the team in existing and new processes, advising on new business requirements and changes, and staying informed about the latest changes in MDM processes. The ideal candidate should hold a qualification of BCOM, MCOM, or be ICWAI certified, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the retail sector.
