Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic

Senior Manager – Content Marketing

to lead the development of high-impact content that builds our brand, drives engagement, and fuels pipeline growth across enterprise segments.Reporting to the Head of Brand and Storytelling, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our voice across multiple channels — from performance-driven campaign assets (ads, landing pages, emails, ebooks) to narrative-rich brand content, including social media, thought leadership, and PR. You’ll work closely with growth marketing, product marketing, and design teams to create content that resonates with enterprise buyers at every stage of the journey.This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role suited for a B2B marketer who blends creative excellence with business acumen — someone who understands how to craft stories that both convert and elevate brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign and Performance Content
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content for full-funnel campaigns — including paid ads, landing pages, e-mail nurture, webinars, and gated assets (eBooks, checklists, ROI guides)
  • Collaborate with demand gen, ABM, and field teams to align content to pipeline goals and buyer journeys
  • Take an audience-based approach to tailor content for different segments ensuring consistency in tone and message
  • Analyze and report on content metrics
  • Social & Digital Channels
  • Drive day-to-day content execution of Sirion’s organic social presence (LinkedIn and others), with a clear, differentiated voice
  • Develop content calendars aligned to brand themes, product launches, and market moments
  • Undertake content audits regularly
  • Stay ahead of the curve spotting emerging trends and platforms to help maximize reach and impact
  • Partner with design to create engaging, channel-native formats
  • Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership
  • Create content for executive visibility (e.g., by-lined articles, Q&As)
  • Collaborate on thought leadership assets (e.g. blog posts, LinkedIn articles)
  • Assist in identifying media-worthy narratives and packaging them into compelling stories for external use
  • Drive participation in award programs and recognition opportunities that enhance brand credibility
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers and creative partners to ensure story and visual design work hand in hand
  • Uphold brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging consistency across all formats

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–8 years of content marketing experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Exceptional written skills to captivate audiences and inspire action. Proven ability to write and edit with clarity, polish, and strategic intent
  • Ability to create sticky content across channels and formats
  • Solid understanding of how content drives performance across the funnel
  • Experience collaborating across marketing functions including demand gen, product marketing, PR, and creative to drive seamless content generation
  • ⁠Fluent in using modern AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance ideation, drafting, and editorial efficiency — without compromising on originality or brand voice
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for storytelling
  • Bonus: Background in agency-side copywriting for B2B/tech clients
