Job Description

Role Title: Senior Lead Team: Finance Location: Gurgao Reports To: Assistant Manager Payments & taxation About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive to join our Finance team. The role focuses on managing vendor invoices, credit card accounts, and related reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in accounts payable processes within a structured environment. What Youll Do: Accurately review and verify invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and contracts, and adhere to company policies. Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments. Maintain relationships with vendors, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment-related issues. Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations for financial transactions. Update vendor master data with contract details Apply expert knowledge of GST and TDS regulations Handle month-end expense provisions and assist in monthly book closures Prepare monthly closing schedules Support other ad hoc AP related tasks Requirements: CA (Inter) with 7–8 years of relevant experience, or Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of experience
