Job Description

Location: Greater Noida

Qualification: CA / CPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Deputy Manager to manage financial reporting and accounting operations for a large portfolio of real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements along with supporting schedules and footnotes.
Review general ledgers, reconciliations, and prepare workpapers for monthly accounting close.
Oversee cash management reports and monthly bank reconciliations; ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
Track payments of fees and reimbursements for payroll, insurance, and other expenses across multiple entities.
Process expense invoices and wire requests as needed.
Prepare annual information for tax deliverables.
Document policies and procedures as required.
Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Understanding of real estate accounting is a plus
Commitment to learning and delivering results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
Working experience with Yardi ERP system is a plus
Understanding of SLA/KPI processes.
Expertise in bank reconciliations and reporting.
