Lead - Accounting & Reporting
Focus & Technical Expertise:
1. Bookkeeping Foundation: Must possess proficiency in limited, high-level bookkeeping tasks required for accurate and timely monthly closure, though the core focus is review. 2. Financial Reporting Quality: Ensure Books of Accounts adhere to Indian Accounting Standards (AS) monthly. 3. Year-End Reporting: Expertise in Annual Book Closure and preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. 4. Compliance Management: Expertise in computing and filing Withholding Tax (TDS) statements and handling GST Reconciliations on behalf of clients. 5. Review & Reporting: Monthly Review of Books of Accounts, review of payroll, and preparation of MIS Reports. ______________
Professional Acumen & Teamwork (Crucial):
1. Strategic Review: Must possess the professional Maturity and Judgment to strategically identify and escalate only Relevant Findings, avoiding a focus on petty or minor issues. The core objective is Value Addition to the client, not mere fault-finding 2. Approach: Ability to represent Floraison by initiating contact with the client, clearly communicating complex issues, securing necessary inputs, and diligently documenting all critical matters and discussions on email to maintain a professional, auditable record and uphold the company's image. 3. Teamwork: Must possess the Ability to work effectively in a Team environment. 4. Communication: Excellent, independent communication skills (written & verbal) required.
