SourceFuse Technologies hiring Senior Inside Sales Representative with 8+ years of experience. Role Overview: As a Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at SourceFuse, you will lead and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for building and optimizing outreach campaigns, managing lead pipelines, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: ● Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Woodpecker and HubSpot. ● Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for personalized prospecting and engagement. ● Perform cold calling to engage with decision-makers, qualify leads, and book meetings. Account Research & Personalization: ● Identify key accounts and stakeholders using ZoomInfo and other sales intelligence tools. ● Personalize outreach based on industry insights and intent signals. Pipeline Management: ● Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into MQLs and SALs. ● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs. Metrics & Reporting: ● Track and report outreach performance (open rates, connection requests, conversions). ● Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage the pipeline, and generate reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of proven experience in B2B tech sales with a strong focus on lead generation. Expertise in email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold calling . Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Woodpecker, and HubSpot CRM. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to create and optimize outreach sequences and messaging strategies. Experience working with international markets (US, UK, India, Australia). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud solutions, SaaS, or AWS-led services. Familiarity with the EOS framework.
