Senior Inside Sales Representative

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at CIVOM, an Indore-based business group under United Works Corporation, you will play a crucial role in revolutionising learning spaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to inbound sales inquiries and providing detailed information about products and services. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Coordinating meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with the sales team. - Preparing and managing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. - Tracking and analysing sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns. - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Providing excellent customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly. - Assisting in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or similar role, preferably in B2B sales. - Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently. - Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. - Knowledge of the education, furniture, or design industry is a plus. - Passion for education, innovation, and creating impactful customer experiences.
